Help Us to Make a Difference

With Your Gift

The communities we serve have a variety of needs when they come into our care. We have developed several initiatives to help meet some of these needs that are not covered by either federal or state funding. Without the generosity of donors, like you, these opportunities would not be possible.

If you would like to make a donation we would appreciate any help you can give us.

Your Generous Donations will be used to support our programs in the following areas:

Community Support Services Program

Offers life skills training specifically designed to support clients in their journey towards recovery from mental illness. This program caters to individuals with co-occurring and/or recurring behavioral and mental health disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, as well as those with concurrent medical conditions. The program will be available for operation from Monday to Saturday, providing services from 9 am to 6 pm daily.

The Community Readiness andSupport Program

(CRSP) is an intensive psychosocial rehabilitation program designed for individuals who are motivated to actively work on their recovery in a structured daytime setting. This program offers individualized support to address the unique needs of individuals based on their symptoms, circumstances, or stage of recovery. CRSP provides a conducive environment where individuals can engage in 3-4 psychoeducational classes per day. These classes are offered Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm daily. CRSP focuses on equipping individuals with the necessary skills to progress in their recovery journey, fostering a positive, strengths-based, and normalized atmosphere. CRSP classes utilize evidence-based curricula in areas such as social skills, independent living skills, symptom management, and healthy living.

Recovery Academy Program

(RAP) is specifically designed to foster self-awareness and develop introspective skills, including emotional intelligence. By cultivating a deeper understanding and management of their own emotions, clients are empowered to navigate and influence the emotions of others. RAP serves as a foundational framework for self-evaluation and self-advocacy, enabling clients to effectively communicate their needs and overcome challenges. Through the acquisition of self-regulation techniques, clients gain the ability to effectively address difficulties that may arise. The ultimate objective of RAP is to facilitate clients’ successful transition from facility-based programming at Mindful Missions to meaningful engagement in the community, encompassing opportunities such as work, volunteering, and education. RAP sessions will be available Monday through Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm daily.

You are Loved Program

This program was developed because many of our children come to us with few belongings of their own. Your donations allow us to have a duffle bag available to give to each child that comes into our care. The bags are filled with basic hygiene items, school supplies, a stuffed animal, blanket, night light and other little treats based on age. The bags are prepared in three age group categories: birth- 2 years; 3-11 years; 12 years and up.
